• Initial consultation, virtually or in person, to assess the home you are considering purchasing or to talk about plan ideas for a new home.
• Design services tailored to meet your needs and budget, ranging from rough sketches to 3-D rendering of potential ideas.

What we charge:

• Intake survey: FREE! (If you know what you want based on how you live, you will make better home design choices no matter who helps you with your plans!)
• Initial consultation: $50 virtually or in person within 30 miles of 99114 area.
• Design services: Dependent on extent of work. Charged at $20/hour.
